Here is the English translation of surah Al Zalzalah:
When the earth is shaken with its [final] earthquake.
And the earth discharges its burdens.
And man says, “What is [wrong] with it?”
That Day, it will report its news.
Because your Lord has commanded it.
That Day, the people will depart separated [into categories] to be shown [the result of] their deeds.
So whoever does an atom’s weight of good will see it,
And whoever does an atom’s weight of evil will see it.
What Surah Al-Zalzalah Says About the Day of Judgment

Abu Barzah Al-Aslami narrated that the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) said:
“The feet of the slave of Allah shall not move [on the Day of Judgement] until he is asked about five things: about his life and what he did with it, about his knowledge and what he did with it, about his wealth and how he earned it and where he spent it on, about his body and for what did he wear it out.” [Jami` at-Tirmidhi 2417]
Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) said: “I saw a man enjoying himself in Paradise for cutting a tree that was in the middle of the road and harming Muslims.
” Another narration reads: “A man passed by a branch of a tree lying in the middle of a road, so he said: ‘By Allah, I will move this away from the path of Muslims so that it would not harm them.’ So he was admitted to Paradise.
” A third narration reads: “While a man was walking on a road, he saw a thorny branch on the road and he removed it, so Allah was thankful to him so He granted him forgiveness.” [Authentic hadith, Narrated by Bukhari & Muslim]
