According to the hadith on (Islam Iman Ihsan), Iman in Islam refers to the essential beliefs that form the foundation of a Muslim’s faith. There are six articles of faith: belief in Allah: who is Allah, attributes of Allah (personal, negative, affirmative, and impossible attributes), belief in angels, belief in divine books, belief in prophets, belief in the last day, and belief in predestination (Qada’ and Qadar). These core beliefs guide a Muslim’s understanding of their faith and practice.

The concept of Ihsan in Islam refers to the pursuit of excellence and perfection in worship and conduct. It means performing acts of worship and daily activities with a high level of sincerity and attentiveness, as you can see Allah.

Iman refers to the core beliefs in Islam, including faith in Allah, angels, scriptures, prophets, the Day of Judgment, and divine predestination.

Ihsan is about striving for excellence in worship and behavior, acting with sincerity as if one can see Allah, and being aware that Allah sees all actions.

The first type: worshiping Allah as if you can see Him, with a high level of sincerity and attentiveness, and acting with deep awareness of His presence.

The second type: acting with the understanding that Allah is always watching you, leading to devotion and sincerity in all actions.

To teach kids about Ihsan, use relatable stories from the Prophet Muhammad’s life, model these behaviors yourself, and engage kids in role-playing to practice Ihsan in everyday situations.
